Welcome to Pink Horizon Saigon Airport Hotel. We are committed to offering a seamless, comfortable, and convenient stay near Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN). To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, please review our property rules and policies prior to your arrival.

  • Standard Check-in Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)

  • Standard Check-out Time: Until 12:00 (12:00 PM)

  • Front Desk Service: 24-hour reception available

  • Identification: Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in.

  • Pets Policy: Pets are strictlly not allowed on the property.

  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

Booking cancellation

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation (Flexible Rates):

    Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time). If cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, or in the case of a no-show, a fee equivalent to the first night's room charge (plus applicable taxes) will be billed.

  • Non-Refundable Rates:

    Bookings made under non-refundable promotions or special discounted rates cannot be modified or cancelled. In case of cancellation, amendment, or no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

  • No-Show Policy:

    If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification, your reservation will be treated as a No-Show, and the full charge will apply.

Terms & Conditions for Booking and Cancellation

  1. Payment & Prepayment:

    Depending on the selected room rate, full or partial prepayment may be required at the time of booking. Valid credit cards, debit cards, cash, or approved local payment methods are accepted upon arrival.

  2. Early Check-in & Late Check-out:

    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability upon request and may incur additional charges:

    • Early check-in before 09:00: 100% of full daily rate.

    • Early check-in between 09:00 – 14:00: 50% of full daily rate.

    • Late check-out up to 18:00: 50% of full daily rate.

    • Late check-out after 18:00: 100% of full daily rate.

  3. Children & Extra Bed Policy:

    • Children of all ages are welcome.

    • Children aged 0–5 years old stay for free when using existing bedding.

    • Extra rollaway beds are available upon request for an additional fee of VND 300,000 per night (subject to availability).

  4. Amendments:

    Any changes to booking dates, guest names, or room types must be requested via email or phone prior to check-in and are subject to room availability and rate differences.

  5. Force Majeure:

    The hotel will not be held liable or issue refunds for cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, flight cancellations, or governmental restrictions, unless required by local laws.
